		<description>This reminds me of how you talk about the diagnostic approach to sales - figure out where the pain is and then bring in the specialist to fix it. If you listen, you can provide a solution. You also need to not be stubborn (my biggest challenge). If a prospect asks you to do something their way and you say no, you won&#039;t get the business. Stop being stubborn and figure out a way to say yes.</description>
